ADMISSION AND PROMOTION CRITERIA

v The Principal reserves the right of accepting or rejecting admission to any child who seeks admission to the school.

v Admission will be based on the child’s performance in the admission test on the syllabus of the class one below.

v Admission to nursery & pre nursery classes is granted on the basis of interview of the child with the parents.

v Pupil coming from other school will not be admitted without T.C. from the school last attended.

v At the time of the admission a copy of the child’s birth certificate must be submitted to the school’s office. The date of birth mentioned at the of admission will not be altered on any account later on.

v All information submitted by the parents at the time of admission should be authentic. No request for any change shall be entertained thereafter.

v Promotion is based on the day to day work of the students throughout the year and also on the performance in the terminal examination. A Student must achieve 33% marks or above in the subjects of scholastic areas. A student getting below 33% marks in scholastic areas in one or more subject will have to improve his/her performance in one subsequent attempt to obtain qualifying marks in these subjects.

v If a student fails to obtain qualifying marks in one or more subjects even after adding grace marks from co-scholastic areas and after availing one improvement chance, he/she will be required to repeat the same class during next academic year.

v It is mandatory to appear in both Terminal Examinations during the academic year.
